Assignments & study plan
Track deadlines, break an assignment into small steps, and approve a plan that fits the hours you actually have. If the work doesn't fit, you'll see it plainly, with options.
Nuru sits beside you through coursework, revision, achievements and frustrations. Break an assignment into steps, understand a difficult idea, practise before an exam, or talk through a result, all in one calm place.
Open Calm Scholar and you're asked one question: what would help you today? Every answer leads to real work, done side by side in Study Together.

Explanations with examples, hints and worked problems. Upload your notes and answers cite the exact passage they came from.
You try a question first. Then feedback, a hint or an example, a related question, and a summary with a sensible time to review again.
When a result comes back or things feel heavy, Nuru asks how you feel first, then lets you choose: talk, pause, look at feedback, or pick one next step.
Open an assignment, choose one step, and work on it in a shared notebook. Press Help me here whenever you're stuck: Nuru sees only what you're working on, and says so. Start a focus session, mark the step done, and pick up exactly where you stopped next time.
Choose how your seat looks, Nuru's light, the view from the window and optional ambient sound that never starts by itself.
Things for your shared desk, each tied to something you did. No streaks, no leaderboards, and nothing is taken away after a break.
Nuru's posture and glow change with what it's doing. These are visual cues, not claims about feelings.
Grades work with percentages, points or written grades. The first response follows how you say you feel, never the number. Then you choose: talk, take a pause, go through the feedback, prepare a question for your lecturer, or plan one step. Grades never feed rewards, rankings or anything public.
These are the app's real opening words for each feeling. They're written in advance, not generated.
Live replies come from the AI provider your installation configured. Without a key, scripted demo replies are labelled as demo. If a live request fails, the fallback is labelled too.
When you ask for help, you see exactly what Nuru will be shown. Saved chat history, learning memory and workload sharing are separate choices, and grades are only shared when you tick them.
Plans respect your available hours and breaks, and keep what you've finished. Suggestions stay suggestions until you approve them, and deadlines are never moved for you.
Setup takes about a minute: a name, how your seat looks, one course if you like, and how much time you usually have.
